Krishna is
always waiting to reply our call! But, if we call Him with a testing
mentality or "I do everything" mentality, He never replies our calls!
Krishna mercifully comes a step down hearing the call of His devotees,
who totally believe Him and believe that He is everything. In fact, we
need not search Him. He Himself comes to expose Himself to such
devotees!

Lord Kapila said: SENSES are symbolic representations of DEMIGODS & their natural inclination is to work under the direction of the Vedic injunctions. But, the MIND is the representative of KRISHNA. The mind's natural duty is TO SERVE. When that service spirit is engaged in devotional service to KRISHNA, without any motive, that is far better even than salvation.
Krishna is pleased with those following Karma Yoga or Gnana Yoga or Dhyana Yoga. No doubt. They R the ways to please Krishna! However, He gives Himself, yes, Himself, to those who totally surrender to Him. Gopis R the best examples for that! They didn't know, Krishna is Paramathma Himself! They R not aware of any yogas! They R not scholars! But, Krishna is their world, nothing else! So, Krishna gave Himself! Right?
Lord Sri Krishna, told 5000 years back itself in Gita (3-21): "Whatever action a great man performs, common men follow! And, whatever standards he sets by exemplary acts, all the world pursues!". It matches even today, in politics, cinema, etc. If a hero wears a model shirt, crores of people do that. If the country's leader is a wrong person, the whole nation gets courage to go in wrong paths! Gita has No Parallel!
Krishna has given us a promise (Gita 12-20): "Those who follow this unperishable path of DEVOTIONAL SERVICE (Bhakthi) and who completely engage themselves with FAITH, making Me their supreme goal, are VERY VERY DEAR TO ME". Just depend on Krishna & go on performing your duties! We can conquer the material desires & become eligible to go back to our Dear Krishna"
A person can develop different kinds of relations with Krishna? As a friend like Arjuna; As a child like Yasodha/Devaki; As a Guru like Arjuna; As a Prema Bakthi like Gopikas; Krishna accepts all our Bhawas and reciprocates in multiples! This is possible only for Krishna! "Krishna" means "One who attracts". Yes! It is true!
A devotee never says that he can become a Krishna or atleast equal to Krishna with his penance or devotional services. He wants to remain a servant of Krishna! Considering Krishna as just a person like us is an offence! Krishna differentiates a common man from Him in a nutshell in Bhagavad Gita (Ch-4, Text-5) "Both you and I have passed many, many births! I can remember all of them. But, you can not".
Many people consider Krishna similar to themselves as He mercifully comes to earth & perform many actions that a common man can do. Can a common man lift Gowarthan Giri like Krishna just on his finger? Can a common man expand himself as 1000's of the same person like Krishna at the same time? Can a baby dance on a giant snake? Thus, So many lilas! He Himself has said in Gita. Read that in the previous post!
Krishna likes to give transcendental knowledge to everyone of us if we believe Him like Arjuna. Arjuna told Krishna: "Sarvam etadrtam manye". ie, I accept everything you say to be true". So, Krishna gave Gita! We should not approach Krishna with the mind "Let me ask. It is Gain if I get; No loss if I don't get". We must believe Him & Surrender. He knows what to give or not to give us. We must accept whatever he gives
Srimad Bhagawatham (12.12.47) says: "If a person offers respects & tell the name of Sri Krishna (i) when he falls down, or (ii)when his legs slip, or, (iii)when he sneezes, or, (iv) when he is under distress, he is relieved of his past sins". If this is the case, what about the persons who chant the Holy Name of Krishna hundreds of times every day? His entry into the Kingdom of Krishna is guaranteed! Isn't it?
