Anyone, whether
a small sinner or a big sinner, is eligible to become a vaishnava, when
they follow true vaishnavas. Of course everyone of us have done both
sins and good in our last birth; So, we took birth on earth. A coal
piece is converted into fire when in contact with fire. Similarly, even a
serious sinner, if he SINCERELY & HUMBLY follow a vaishnava can
become a vaishnava. Srila Prabhupad assures it!
Some times a devotee may feel that a co-devotee is not performing well in his service! Then, we should not speak offensively about that devotee; It is not wrong if we tell him politely & humbly to do that work perfectly. Krishna never supports it if we speak offensively about any devotee. He is more pained than when we speak offensive about Himself. Humbleness is the First symbol of improvement in devotional service.
Maya is always standing very near to Krishna & watching whether a person is diverting his/her attention away from Krishna atleast for a moment. If it happens, she immediately catches him/her & take him/her back to the cycle of birth & death. Maya can catch us if we allow, but she can not conquer Krishna! So, Keep a permanent space in your heart for Dear Krishna! Never allow Him to slip out. Am I Right?
While chanting Hare Krishna Mahamanthra, you are directly linked to Krishna as in Kaliyuga, there is no difference between Krishna and His Holy Name! You can be relieved of Maya's testing times if you chant Krishna's Holy Name regularly! Maya has no role when a devotee is sincere in Krishna Consciousness! In fact, No one can prevent U from reaching the Kingdom of Krishna until you chant regularly!
